Till that the answer was not found for that question. It all depends upon the preferences of the buyers. Sometimes the old home may look better than the new home for some people. For some other people may feel that the new one is always good for to buy rather than buying an old home from their own experience. Every one has an own experience. The main advantage of buying old home is safety because it would there for so many years; also we can found houses around us. Also it is more affordable. But if it is a new home means we will be alone in that place. We cannot assure the safety. Even for emergency purpose itself nobody we will be there to help us. In old home we can ask help to neighbors and can have a good relationship with them. Newer homes always found in suburb areas not in the city. One of the disadvantages of old home is that we cannot be sure with the home’s strong. So, we can see some disadvantages in both new and old home.
